RETURN POLICY

At Nehels, we take extraordinary consideration in inspecting and packagingof the product. Be that as it may, if under any condition you are not totally happy with your item, we’ll absolutely love to amend the issue or exchange the product. Our Returns Policy is intended to help you with your return.

  • NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE on SALE PRODUCTS (FLAT 50% OFF) or on PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS.
  • Order may be delayed due to sale.
E-Gift Vouchers/Gift and Coupon Codes
  • Coupon codes/ Gift coupons cannot be merged with any other ongoing offers.
  • Coupon Codes/ Gift Coupons to be used for online purchase ONLY.
  • Nehels E- Gift Voucher, once issued cannot be cancelled, refunded or transferred.
  • The Nehels gift card can be used only once for Online purchase ONLY.
  • The card can be redeemed on nehels.com. The code on the card would be required to be fed in at Check out
  • Stolen or lost Nehels gift cards will neither be replaced nor will the balance amount be refunded.
Return Policy:

Products can be returned/exchanged within 3 days from the date of delivery. Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged product or delivery of incorrect size (size other than that ordered)/style/color.

In case that the item(s) is damaged or a different (style code/size/color only) from ordered, we shall either exchange the product or provide you with a full refund. Wherever exchange is not possible: in case of a pre-paid order, the refund shall be made via the payment gateway, while in case of a COD order, a cash voucher shall be issued of the value of exchange. This voucher can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase, within the validity period. No cash refunds will be made.

 

In all other cases, replacement/exchange or Credit Note (1months validity – Redeemable online and at the stores) is available. NO REFUNDS will be made.

Refund Policy:

If the product(s) meet through Return Policy requirements, we will issue a refund within 30 days to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

Please note: Refunds might get delayed due to processing delay from the bank or third-party payment channel. We request you to kindly confirm the refund once with your bank. In case refund is still not received; please feel free to connect with us.

Return Intimation:

You can book your return by clicking HERE within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Guidelines for a valid return:

  • Product & Accessories, if any, should be in original condition.
  • Tags should be retained and returned.
  • The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
  • NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE on SALE PRODUCTS (FLAT 50% OFF) or on PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS.
  • Original Tax Invoice to be included with the return.
  • Return and exchange postage costs will be at your expense. We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Nehels.
  • Store purchases cannot be returned or refunded online.
  • No return/exchange will be done for customized and stitched products.
  • Masks are non returnable and no exchange or refund will issued for the same.
  • Orders for which packaging is damaged, or seal broken should not be accepted. Any such consignment, if accepted, cannot be returned.

 

Nehels reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the above return requirements are not complied with.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
